Your World Online

Who do you work with everyday?

How can they be here with you on ActiveRain?

Part of the purpose of this network is to help you keep in contact with all those professionals in your local community that you work with on a daily basis.

As an agent you see Agent B's name everywhere, she's got a great marketing program, and agent X and you have interacted on a number of transactions, or at least offers.  Then there's those other folks at the office, why aren't they on board yet?  And what all those loan officers and closing people you've been doing deals with?  Would you benefit from having another way to contact them?  Wouldn't they like to come on-line?

Bringing your local community of professionals on-line will go a long way toward enhancing your relationships off-line.

So ActiveRain Community what do you think?  Who's going to be the first to bring their community, their city on-line?  I'm looking for examples of how you've done this, or what you're going to do to see this happen.

The ActiveRain Community is young, you're here at the beginning of the curve, is it time for you to take the lead in your office your community.

How can you bring your real estate community to The ActiveRain Community?

Caleb point well taken I was hit with a huge objection that asked me why I would want to build up someone elses keyword content.  Others were excited about a free blog and asked how to get started.  It even rekindled a lost relationship with another associate who I never thought would respond but did.  I was very glad to see that door open again.  They will be joining.  Despite all the ups and downs there have been some terrific posts here and I have quite a list of interesting ideas to impliment.

I am purposely not inviting people in my area as I like being on top of Texas and Dallas county...  I wouldn't want to spoil that.  If others invite people around me, I can't stop that, but I've already had a listing appt because I was found thru a google search and they also didn't have much of a choice when they wondered around for other agents... but I've invited tons of people across the country that I know!

Granted I'm being selfish, but I don't want everyone (agents or other services) on ActiveRain. If "everyone" participated we'd never be able to read all the blogs. I've chosen to ask the best of the lenders, title companies, agents, etc - those are the people I most want to learn from and share with. In attending courses and conferences frequently, we come in contact with many top people in their fields, and those are also people I invite.
